ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Your presentation should be 12 minutes maximum. After the presentation, there will be 3 minutes for questions. The schedule is quite tight, so please keep it within the limit. Your session chair will interrupt your presentation when your time is up.

Because of time constraints and to allow for a seamless transition between talks, your presentation will be loaded in advance on a shared laptop. Please use the upload link we emailed you to upload your presentation (in .pptx or .pdf format). *Please name your presentation file using the format sessionID_submissionID (e.g., 1A_123.pptx)* and upload your file by July 15th the latest. You can find your sessionID and submissionID in the program. Again, you can find the link in your email.

At the conference, please make sure to introduce yourself to your session chair during the coffee break right before your session, to make sure that your presentation is ready.

After registering for the conference, you will receive a separate email containing a link for the dorm room reservation.

LIGHTNING PRESENTATIONS

Lightning talks are three minutes in duration, given to a plenary session of all conference attendees. Please upload your Lightning Talk slides to the slides in the Google Drive which we provided by email. This must be done the evening before your talk. Your abstract is listed in the slide deck that corresponds to your presentation day/time (see the schedule for when your talk is). Slides can be in any format.
